Explore Bhutan

Bhutan measures itself in happiness rather than headcount, and it shows. Fortified dzongs stand above rivers, prayer flags run along every ridge, and the road from Paro to Punakha climbs through pine forest and rhododendron into valleys that feel a very long way from anywhere.

It is a country best travelled slowly. A morning walk up to the Tiger's Nest, an afternoon in a farmhouse kitchen, a festival courtyard full of masked dancers, a night in a lodge with the Himalaya filling the window.

Our Bhutan Travel Centre is opening shortly. Itineraries and hotels are being finalised with our team on the ground, and we are already taking enquiries for next season.
