3 rooms. Our hotel has 16 spacious, airy rooms in the new part of the building and three rooms in the old one. The rooms are built around a lush tropical garden which opens out into a long 'thinna' or verandah that provides a view of greenery and the backwaters. Our waterfront restaurant offers a pleasant ambience, generated by the fresh sea breeze and the gentle sounds of water lapping against the pier. Seafood dishes - a hallmark of the Kerala Latin Christian cuisine - are among our specialties. Our dishes bear the flavour and diversity of home- cooked food and avoid the overuse of spices. Vegans among our guests are offered a selection of deliciously flavoured traditional vegetarian fare. For the homesick traveller we have a variety of pastas and other European dishes.

These huge 15th century cantilevered fishing nets are the legacy of Chinese traders. These nets are set up on teak wood and bamboo poles and you can watch the nets being lowered by the fishermen from the Vasco Da Gama square along the beach.
