Overview

Why stay at Tea Bungalow

Close to a century old, the Tea Bungalow is a large and elegant colonial bungalow which has been lovingly restored to its original classical colonial elegance. Set in a large tropical garden with a swimming pool in its midst, the bungalow offers luxury accommodation in ten spacious en suite rooms. All the rooms are named after a spice and tea trading ports around the Indian Ocean. The polished hardwood floors, French windows, floor length drapes, high ceilings and exquisite chandeliers, all add a colonial charm to the property. Guests can lounge in the wide verandahs with its broad comfortable armchairs or on the garden chairs in the shade of jackfruit, breadfruit and cinnamon trees.
