A night to land, sleep and shake off the flight. If you arrive early we can add the Sheldrick elephant orphanage or the Karen Blixen house before dinner.
You are met at Jomo Kenyatta airport and driven to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to rest. Your guide meets you in the evening to run through the route.

Kenya sits on the equator, so it is warm all year and the seasons are about rain rather than temperature. The long rains fall from late March to May and the short rains in November, both of which bring green plains and very few vehicles. June to October is the driest stretch and the classic safari window, with the migration in the Mara from late July to October.
